Follow these steps after your name appears in Round 1 merit list.
- 1Login to wbcap.in and check your allotment status
- 2Download the provisional allotment letter
- 3Pay the admission fee within the given window
- 4Report to the allotted college with original documents
- 5Complete document verification at the college
- 6Confirm admission and collect receipt

Bring to College
Missing documents can cancel your admission. Prepare everything in advance.
- Provisional allotment letter (printed)
- Original Class 12 marksheet
- Original domicile certificate
- Original category certificate (if applicable)
- Registration fee payment receipt
- Passport size photographs (4-6 copies)
- Valid ID proof (Aadhaar/PAN/Voter ID)
Not in Round 1?
Do not worry. Upgrade round (June 20) and mop-up round (July 19) offer additional chances. Keep checking the official portal for updates.
